The Partners is an advisory firm specialising in strategic communications, public affairs, stakeholder dialogue and executive search.
At our core is a small team. Depending on the assignment, we bring in the right specialists from a network built over many years.
The Partners was founded by Michael Wedell in 2022. For around 30 years, he has advised companies and organisations at the intersection of business, media and politics.
Today, The Partners works with large companies, SMEs and family-owned businesses, foundations, associations and public-sector organisations.
More than 40 people. One network.
Our network includes more than 40 specialists from across Germany and New York. They bring experience from a wide range of disciplines – from public affairs and strategic communications to sustainability, change management, crisis management and executive coaching.
Many have worked with Michael Wedell for years. They know one another, trust one another and know how to combine their different perspectives and experience in joint projects.
